Creative Artworker

We are looking for a Creative Artworker to join our Marketing team here at Butlin’s

About the role:

Our Creative Artworker is responsible for the design and creation of vibrant artwork solutions to bring to life the break experience across digital/email/ POS signage and Direct Mail.

Supporting the brand communications team in delivering the pre arrival, the food and beverage and on resort briefs in a timely way to ensure that on resort marketing is ready to delight and guide our guests.

You will be responsible for:

Responsible for delivering multiple channel requests within Brand guidelines and strict timescales.

Be able to understand a brief fully and interpret that brief into multiple channel communication designs.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Communications Manager to bring to life engaging and informative messaging that guests respond to through CTA’s and throughout their journey.

Design digital first solutions for communications to control costs and engage guests in the right place at the right time to ensure they get the most from their experience.

We are looking for:

You will be used to working within brand guidelines, but also experienced in making suggestions as to how these can be stretched creatively to give a fresh perspective without compromising brand identity.

Creative flair and an ability to stay up to date with new technology and ways of design working are a must in this role

Relevant design qualification and proven industry experience in similar in house or agency roles.

Fully conversant with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) on a Mac.

Experience with digital design preferably within Adobe XD or Sketch.

Experience in creating visual effects and video editing using Adobe After Affects

Confidence in explaining rationale behind designs and using your experience to solve creative challenges.

Comfortable collaborating with varied teams and departments.

A good range of design and art working experience is essential

Great written and verbal feedback skills.

Exceptional attention to detail is required, good time management and an organised approach to projects.

Naturally patient and objective when taking on board creative feedback from colleagues to gain the best outcome for each brief.
