Systems Support Analyst

This role is looking for someone to join a team dedicated to the support of all of Butlin’s Systems, with the focus being on our reservations system.  This role will need someone to take management and development of the business rules within the Butlin’s reservations system whilst supporting the Contact Centre and Resorts on systems within the Systems Support Team’s area of cover.

As part of the team you will also be responsible for: 

•Ensuring the reservations system is always accurate and available
•Resolving guest and Team queries taken via the Contact Centre, mainly around the use of the reservations system.
•Collection of requirements from Commercial, Marketing and the Internet teams, in order to design and create logic rules within the reservation system
•Testing software enhancements to ensure they are fit for purpose prior to deployment.  Including, Documentation and management of Testing programs
•Working with the support team to develop and deploy business innovation 

Essential Core Skills
•A logical, methodical and meticulous approach where attention to detail is essential
•Ability to deliver work to deadlines
•Competent in use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to work as part of a team

Desirable Skills
•SQL or other coding language
•Crystal Report skills
•IT Support experience
•Seaware Reservation Knowledge
